Movement : Errin and Cameron, our expert instructors, bring a unique blend of movement, yoga, play and mindfulness to each session. Whether you're scaling rock formations or embracing mixed movement, their intelligent though playful approach creates a space for introspection and evolution.
Errin, An avid yoga and movement enthusiast. Errin infuses versatility, dynamism, and balance into her classes. Drawing from various movement modalities, she brings philosophy, breathwork and creative flow to every session.
Cameron James, also known as CJ, embodied movement from a young age. A devoted yoga practitioner since 2010, he integrates creative movement and mindfulness into his practice and class structures. With experiences as a professional athlete and a YTT-certified instructor, CJ offers a unique blend of athleticism and mindfulness.
Excursions and Climbing : Our schedule includes outdoor hiking, mountain biking, and climbing adventures with guiding provided by Chillino Rock Climbing. With a commitment to providing the best quality of instruction, their uplifting teaching style ensures a fun and patient approach. All level of climbing ability are welcome - though a desire to climb is a necessity, with a promise of an enriching experience amidst California's stunning natural wonders.
Curious how we’ll be spending these 6 adventurous days in the mountains? Here’s a rough look at the daily schedule :
Movement and Hiking
On your arrival day we will land with a gentle movement practice before we explore the beauty of McGee Creek through an invigorating hike to get our bearings and blow the cobwebs away from whatever journey we have taken to arrive.
A nature immersion, followed by a hearty meal and a chance to land before a good nights sleep.
Movement and 1/2 Day Climbing
Our second day is the perfect combination of movement and climbing. Errin and Cameron open the day with an awakening movement practice preparing us mentally and physically for our first afternoon getting aquainted with the area’s crags and natural rock formations.
Full Day Climbing and Restorative
This day will be a full day of climbing adventure, complemented by evening restorative practices to rejuvenate your body and mind. It's a perfect blend of challenge and restoration against the backdrop of California's stunning landscapes.
Full Day Climbing and Self-Care Session
Experience the thrill of full-day climbing with the option to climb multi-pitch, followed by a self-care session designed to sooth our hard-working bodies. Unwind and recharge in the serenity of the lodge and outdoor spaces.
Movement and 1/2 Day Climbing
Errin and Cameron open with our final movement session of the trip, bringing together all that we have learnt in a playful, shared experience. Followed by a half-day climbing adventure paired with a visit to the local hot springs.
Mt. Biking and Closing Evening
We will conclude our time together with an exhilarating mountain biking experience, followed by a closing evening celebration. Revel in the memories created and the connections forged during our time in McGee Creek.
