Your long weekend with us goes like this:
Friday (from 3pm) - Welcoming circle, yoga, explore the beautiful house and grounds, and enjoy a heavenly dinner.
Saturday - A peaceful morning, swim in the sparkling sea, practice yoga and powerful breath journey, then make our own essential oil workshop. We’ll come together at dinner time again for a feast and recipes shared.
Sunday - Another gorgeous day exploring together, sharing, moving, pausing (of course!) and savouring delicious food. The evening entails song, dance and a Letting Go Song Ceremony..
Monday (until 10am) - An easy morning, yoga, a delicious breakfast and our gratitude closing circle.
